PR Summary
This update to phoenix_ecto from 4.6.3 to 4.6.4 brings two key enhancements to error handling and form processing:
- Preserves context when Ecto exceptions are raised by wrapping them, improving error tracing and debugging
- Maintains changeset actions instead of overriding them, ensuring more predictable form validation behavior
